Elder Patriot – Former federal prosecutor Joe DiGenova appeared on the Ingraham Angle last night where he revealed that the man appointed by U.S. Attorney General William Barr to investigate the origins of the FBI’s surveillance operation targeting Donald Trump and his campaign associates, John Durham, has already convened a grand jury.
DiGenova: Durham’s appointment means that the already occurred meetings between the attorney general, the CIA director, and the director of national intelligence have now focused like a laser that the core of this conspiracy began with John Brennan in London and D.C. and the Democratic National Committee.
This is serious business and for the first time, I now believe that some of these guys are going to go to prison.
DiGenova was just warming up. The information he revealed just moments later informs us why Democrats are casting so much shade in Barr’s direction.
DiGenova: Horowitz has already concluded that the final three FISA’s were completely illegal. He’s now on the brink of finding that the first FISA was completely illegal.
Durham has already used a grand jury in Connecticut.
They’ve already gotten documents. He’s already talked to the intel people.
Durham has been working for a couple of months.
The bottom line is this. This is now big time. This is where Brennan needs five lawyers.
Then, this afternoon, Investigative reporter Paul Sperry revealed that Durham has already moved beyond looking at the FBI as the original source for the Spygate investigation:
BREAKING: Main Justice Dept sources say #Spygate prosecutor John Durham is also targeting the CIA and its role in the origins of the Trump-Russia collusion investigation, and that John Brennan's machinations during the 2016 campaign will come into sharper focus

Durham is now focusing his inquiry into former CIA director and Obama appointee, John Brennan as the originator of the Trump surveillance operation.
Many investigators have concluded that the Trump-Russia collusion claim was an artificial construct to throw a blanket over the wholesale surveillance that the Obama administration had been engaging in for a number of years – before Trump – without the necessary warrants.
