MSNBC Analyst Glenn Kirschner suggested Tuesday that he would attempt to prosecute President Donald Trump for negligent homicide over his handling of the coronavirus pandemic.
Kirschner claimed that the president “may have criminal exposure for some level of negligent homicide or voluntary/involuntary manslaughter for the way he’s mishandled the Coronavirus crisis.”
Except for one thing, Kirschner failed to offer any evidence of the president’s maladministration that could be presented to convince a jury of rational persons to hand back a conviction.
Rhetorical character besmirchment has become the verbal currency of the Left who consistently fail to back up their libelous and slanderous labels with facts.
We’ve come to expect this from the party that represents everyone – illegal aliens, Americans who refuse to work, Americans who prefer not to pay for the things they want, and foreign powers – except hard-working Americans.
Unfortunately, the media that supports them has become equally corrupt and have made clear its intent on driving the “Orange Man Bad” narrative to low information voters, seemingly in the interests of returning power to those who would return to stripping Amercians of their hard-earned tax dollars and their personal wealth.
But, in the search for evidence to support a case for negligent homicide, Kirschner’s threat should not be dismissed in its entirety.
All of that evidence points to a very real case for negligent homicide… committed not by President Trump but negligent homicide committed by China’s “Dictator for Life” Xi Jinping.
Here’s the evidence that the shill for communist China, Glenn Kirschner, ignored when making his moronic charges:
A Wuhan lab that identified COVID-19 as a highly contagious pathogen in late December was ordered by local officials to stop tests and destroy samples. Beijing is now scrambling to censor the story https://t.co/3a28zGcPXn

The first patient was identified in Wuhan, China in November.
(TheTimes) Chinese laboratories identified a mystery virus as a highly infectious new pathogen by late December last year, but they were ordered to stop tests, destroy samples and suppress the news, a Chinese media outlet has revealed.
Terrible. We desperately need accurate reporting from China. The pandemic originated in Wuhan & was initially covered up by Chinese authorities. University of Southampton study found there would have been a 95% REDUCTION in cases & less spread if Beijing intervened 3 wks sooner. https://t.co/YJRCxYH5Sa

China did nothing to warn the world of what was possibly the start of a global pandemic. Nor did they limit travel to the rest of the world by their citizens. That was left for President Trump to do.
The Epoch Times has pointed out that the result of China’s deliberate maladministration under Xi was that wherever ties with China are close there have been severe COVID-19 outbreaks.
Did Chairman Xi deliberately allow time for the virus to incubate so that it could be spread to around the world? Before you dismiss the thought out of hand, remember that Xi is the leader of a communist regime that was begun by Mao Zedong.
To achieve his “Great Leap Forward” Mao slaughtered as many as 110,000,000 of his own citizens. What’s another 10,000 or even 100,000 deaths if he can bring the U.S. economy to its knees and advance China’s march to world domination?
There may be a reason to expand the case for negligent homicide to what we’ve learned is a totally corrupt, World Health Organization, as well.

If nothing else, it certainly strengthens the case against China’s leadership.
But, what about the disinformation campaign that not only is China engaged in, but many members of the American media are engaged in to protect China?
Amazing how even after the Chinese Communist Party expelled journalists from their country because they exposed lie after lie from Beijing about Wuhan coronavirus, this is still the question being asked and activism being taken. Ridiculous. https://t.co/AYxhGeJxSS

What a disgusting display by our corporate media.
They dutifully repeat communist propaganda at our President who is fighting a plague unleashed by China on the world — all while Communist China is *literally* kicking their colleagues out of China.

If the media is not complicit in Xi’s negligence, it’s at least committing sedition.
Funny thing about crises, they have a tendency to force people to expose themselves for who they really are…
