ELDER PATRIOT – Despite more than a year of surveillance, conducted both legally and illegally, our “vaunted” intelligence services have turned up nothing to suggest that either candidate Trump or now President Trump had anything to do with Russia.
However, the continuing efforts to advance this false narrative, and in light of President Trump’s now clearly defined worldview, an examination of all of the evidence that has emerged supports they theory of an Obama-McCain-Merkel conspiracy to spread radical Islam across the globe.
Despite the mainstream media running protection for Obama by painting him as disinterested in furthering our Middle East involvement, the facts actually prove he pursued an aggressive policy to strengthen Iran.
“The actual strategy is detente first, and then a full alliance with Iran throughout the Middle East and North Africa. It has been on display since before the beginning of the Obama administration. During his first presidential campaign in 2008, Mr. Obama used a secret back channel to Tehran to assure the mullahs that he was a friend of the Islamic Republic, and that they would be very happy with his policies. The secret channel was Ambassador William G. Miller, who served in Iran during the shah’s rule, as chief of staff for the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and as ambassador to Ukraine. Ambassador Miller has confirmed to me his conversations with Iranian leaders during the 2008 campaign.”
Obama preferred to appear indecisive rather than face the music of moving the U.S. closer towards Iran, a country that had been designated a state sponsor of terrorism under George Bush until Obama had them removed and gave them $154 billion and a path to nuclear arms.
The there’s powerful Senator John McCain who supported Obama’s plan for Iranian hegemony at least as far as the Iranian Nuclear Treat was concerned. Yesterday McCain, perhaps Congress’ most influential foreign policy voice, claimed that Russia is a greater threat to world security than Iran’s terrorist surrogate, ISIS.
This is perhaps the most politically motivated and dangerous assertion that a person in his position can make. Isolating ISIS from the broader Iranian threat is a deliberate attempt to understate the threat of radical Islam. That’s tantamount to suggesting a Russian armored unit entering Ukraine or Crimea is rogue and is operating independent of Moscow.
It’s hard to argue that despite tensions we have lived peaceably, first with the Soviet Union and then with Russia since the beginning of the nuclear arms race without being strip searched at our airports, surveillance cameras at every intersection, and the NSA secretly recording and archiving our emails, phone conversations and text messages. I do not recall passenger jets being used as missiles by the Russians as they were on 9/11.
There’s also the question as to why McCain hand delivered a completely trumped up dossier that was specifically written to discredit Trump to the F.B.I. if it wasn’t to stop Trump’s America First agenda that included dealing with Iran in a manner more appropriate for a totalitarian power pursuing nuclear ambitions.
Then there’s Angela Merkel who is pursuing a course to allow Germany to emerge as the leader of Europe. Her refusal to meet Germany’s financial obligations to NATO while calling for the establishment of an European army deserves more than a yawn from those charged with protecting America’s interests.
While she has nothing to do with the “Russia-Trump” narrative as far as is now known, her deliberate destruction of European culture and national pride and sovereignty through the forced importation of millions upon millions of military aged Islamic radicals can only be described as maniacal.
Whatever her motivation, it is undeniable that these “immigrants,” coming from the more radicalized regions of the Middle East and Northern Africa, represent an army in waiting. This provides Iran, through the presence of millions of radicalized Muslims committed to Sharia law through Jihad spread across Europe, with an army waiting their marching orders.
Whether Trump ever borrowed money from a Russian bank, or considered investing inside Russia or doing a deal with Russian investors is nothing compared to the unholy Obama-McCain-Merkel alliance aligned against him.
