Elder Patriot – Last week FBI Director Christopher Wray refused to answer a simple question: “Was the phony Russian dossier, that was paid for the DNC and the Clinton campaign, used as evidence to secure the FISA warrant that authorized the illegal surveillance of the political campaign of her political opponent?”
Wray’s refusal to answer that question was stunning in that it told the world he answers to no one, not even the House subcommittee that is charged with the oversight of the agency he heads.
Yesterday, under intense scrutiny, the Justice Department’s Deputy Director Rod Rosenstein, made it clear that Wray was simply affirming Rosenstein’s usurpation of federal authority at the DOJ.
If we accept that, whatever our personal political affiliations may be, we have abandoned our individual obligation to protect our democratic republic. We will place all power in the intelligence community, a community that has a long history of refusing to answer to us.
This is not a partisan issue. While they have aligned against President Trump this time it should be remembered they also assassinated a Democratic president in 1963 that threatened the status quo at that time.
Both committed the sin of keeping their promises and disrupting the globalists’ agenda on the march to a one-world government.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer admitted the widespread fear of what must be considered the out-of-control intelligence agencies when he told Rachel Maddow:
“Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday to get back at you. So, even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he is being really dumb to do this.”
We now know that candidate Trump had been targeted for defeat by these intelligence agencies before he issued the tweet that caused Schumer’s warning.
As the president elect, it is reasonable to assume that when Trump sent that tweet he already knew he had been illegally targeted. First, he knew he had nothing to do with Russia, something that has been proven by the special counsel’s failed investigation. Second, he knew he had been the subject of illegally authorized surveillance.
So, was Trump being “dumb” or did he share the vision of our Founding Fathers who had also been successful, “practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessmen” who similarly risked the “lives, [their] fortunes, and [their] sacred honor” for the American dream.
The refusal of Wray and Rosenstein to answer that simple question, one week apart, coupled with the revelations about Bruce and Nellie Ohr and now FBI agent Peter Strzok shows a frightening stranglehold on the Deep State’s control over our political system.
Peter Strzok revealed his intention to destroy the Trump presidency in a text message the married agent sent to his mistress five months before the president was inaugurated:
“I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office, that there’s no way he gets elected, but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk. It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40…”
WAT??? “Andy’s office” is almost assuredly that of Andrew McCabe the FBI’s Deputy Director who at that time answered directly to James Comey. What were they doing discussing the significance of the election’s outcome if the FBI’s only intention was to serve justice?
The involvement of Strzok in every aspect of investigating the Clinton email illegalities, the Russian dossier, and then later as a member of Mueller’s team, that seems intent on destroying Trump rather than following the evidence wherever it leads them, cannot be merely coincidental.
This isn’t simply partisanship. It’s seditious.
Surely Comey knew the more agents he involved in these various investigations the greater the likelihood the FBI’s corrupt intentions would come to light.
Strzok had proven his fealty to the Deep State by corrupting Hillary’s email investigation. No Clinton associate was put under oath, no notes or recording of his conversations with them were made, and evidence was destroyed. He is now the only witness to those discussions.
Later he accessed FBI director Comey’s electronic file to change wording in his notes from “grossly negligent” to “extremely careless.” “Gross negligence” is wording directly cited by the Espionage Act.
It now appears that Strzok is about to find himself on an island as the fall guy in the much larger conspiracy against to subvert our democracy.
That is not satisfactory.
There would seem to be three theories of “collusion” that need to be vetted. The first is that Trump colluded with Russia to get elected. Following a year of investigation by a handpicked team of highly seasoned investigative enemies sworn to destroy him that had an unlimited budget and super-judicial powers that theory has come up empty.
Then there is the theory that the Deep State cannot countenance an outsider disrupting their feeding frenzy on the fortunes and freedoms of Americans. Nothing that has been discovered to date discredits that theory. And, no matter how loudly the mainstream media protests and defames Donald Trump we should remember the multinational corporations that experience massive growth under Obama and Clinton own those “news” outlets.
What of the third theory that reads Bill and Hillary Clinton so corrupted every institution of government with money and incriminating intelligence that they were free to build a criminal empire?
That doesn’t necessarily have to be mutually exclusive with the second theory. In fact Obama’s appointment of Hillary as his Secretary of State, despite his personal hatred for her, would suggest he accepted their alliance for his own reasons.
Obama was a Marxist ideologue. Hillary saw the incredible potential that the government control over the concentration of power and wealth of ever-larger corporations held for her ability to amass billions of dollars by criminally defrauding them.
Now that the first theory has been given a full airing and come up empty, theories two and three are by far more plausible. Especially, in light of another FBI agent’s comments who had been removed from the investigations:
“There is enough for her and the entire government to be brought down. People do not realize how enormous this whole situation actually is.
“The problem is with the Clinton Foundation as I mentioned, which you should just imagine as a massive spider web of connections and money laundering implicating hundreds of high-level people.
“…This case would explode into a million other cases if fully brought to light, and then we would be one agency competing against the entire government and a hoard of other interests.”
Under questioning yesterday, Rosenstein was asked why, given the lack of evidence and the obvious partisanship of Mueller’s team, he isn’t shutting the special counsel’s investigation down. Rosenstein defended the special counsel by responding that he saw no wrongdoing on the part of Mueller or his team.
To quote Hillary, “What difference, at this point, does that make?” The investigation is worse than a failure; it is impeding the work of our duly elected president by empowering his political enemies.
Rosenstein ducked the question that he must be made to answer, what was the basis for appointing the special counsel in the first place if not to protect the Obama administration and Hillary Clinton’s corrupt criminal enterprise?
If they can do this to the president then they can do this to anyone.
