Chicago Police Union President Drops Bombshell Revelation About Attorney Kim Foxx’s Refusal to Prosecute Jussie Smollett: Calls Declination the “Tip of the Iceberg”

Elder Patriot| The more we learn about Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx the more we believe she is a political tool of our race-baiting former president, Barack Hussein Obama.

Early last month, actor Jussie Smollett was indicted on 16 felony counts for staging a hate crime against himself.

Following the alleged attack Chicago police worked overtime to find the perpetrators of the heinous crime.

When an arrest had been made, Chicago Police Chief Eddie Johnson held a press conference to announce that his investigators had determined that Jussie Smollett staged the hate crime against himself.  Chief Johnson was clearly distressed about this:

The 16 felony counts could have resulted in many decades behind bars for Smollett.  Considering the added penalties for those convicted of committing hate crimes receive, it would seem only right that a perpetrator of a fake hate-crime face punishment as well.

Chief Johnson, an honest man, didn’t  stand a chance when he stood up to Chicago’s Democratic  machine.

Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx doesn’t agree.  She made all sixteen felony counts against Smollett disappear.

Foxx’s unilateral decision enraged Chicago Police Union President Kevin Graham, who used her handling of the highly publicized case to demand her immediate resignation.

Citing the Fraternal Order of Police’s recent vote of no confidence on the State’s Attorney, indicating the group’s pointed lack of support in Foxx, Graham said:

“We’re saying: this is enough. We’re asking for her to step down, the FOP in Chicago took a vote of no confidence and so did the police chiefs around Cook County.”

“This is just the tip of the iceberg.”

“We have had problems getting felony charges approved for battery to police officers.

I’ve had officers, in my office, where their kneecaps were broken, where their fingertips were nearly bit off, and we can’t get felony charges approved on this.”

Adding to concerns about Foxx’s independence in making her decision for the good of the community are the relationships Smollett shares with several high profile Democrats – including former President Obama and his wife Michelle – as well as her ties to a mutual benefactor of the Obamas, George Soros.

Soros donated $408k to a Super PAC that supported Foxx’s election in 2016.
