ELDER PATRIOT – When an ex-Ku Klux Klan leader endorsed Donald Trump the media spent a full week trying in some way to tie Donald Trump to the racist organization despite the fact that Trump had never spoken to, or even been in the same building, as the man and had disavowed everything about the man and the KKK.
Contract this with the media’s reaction to Hillary Clinton comments upon the passing of ex-Klansman and Grand Kleagle Robert Byrd “Senator Byrd was a man of surpassing eloquence and nobility. It is almost impossible to imagine the United States Senate without Robert Byrd. He was not only its longest serving member. He was its heart, its soul, and it’s historian.” The media extolled Mrs. Clinton over her words.
Now, Gary J. Byrne who served as the Clinton’s bodyguard while they were in the White House has a new book set for release about what he observed while discharging his duties stationed at the desk outside the Oval Office. The book, “Crisis of Character,” has soared to number one on Amazon in anticipation of its release this coming Monday but you won’t be hearing anything from Byrne on the broadcast news channels.
“Team Hillary is working overtime to block former Secret Service officer Gary Byrne from appearing on ANY broadcast network,” the DRUDGE REPORT has reported. According to Drudge, “Hillary’s campaign has won assurance that he will not be invited to spread ‘lies’ on any of the nation’s broadcast networks.”
This is but a single effort in the larger endeavor on the part of the media to do as much as they can to slant their coverage in favor of Mrs. Clinton.
Even when the networks discuss Mrs. Clinton’s scandals they do so in abbreviated and dismissive fashion as an audit performed by the Media Research Center has discovered:
The Trump controversies (that is all they have been, controversies) that the media has focused on has centered around a lawsuit brought against Trump University by a handful of former students and whose legal fees are being provided pro bono by a law firm that paid the Clintons $450,000 for two speeches. The remainder of their focus has centered on Trump’s character in an effort to paint him somehow unfit for the presidency.
When it comes to Mrs. Clinton the same media outlets have virtually ignored the relationship between then Secretary State Clinton, her ties to the Clinton Foundation and the foreign governments that sought favors from the former while donating to the latter. One would think that potential (likely) criminal behavior more deserving of investigation than a civil suit brought against a businessman by less than 0.1% of his customers and that constitutes but a small percentage of the entirety of his business dealings.
There is a developing theme to this presidential campaign that Trump’s candidacy has begun exposing. The alignment of international corporations and the world banking community against Donald Trump, with the censoring help of their wholly owned media subsidiaries, points to the rise of a corporate-political alliance bent on consolidating profits among a few international mega-corporations under a single globalist government.
More to come…
