Elder Patriot – If eight years of Barack Obama’s presidency wasn’t enough, a recent re-tweet by a British Labour MP should scare the bejeezus out of everyone who still believes that our Judeo-Christian culture is worth saving and that we have to apply the same rigorous vetting to Muslim candidates as we do to conservative ones.
The latest cause for alarm came from Labour MP Naz Shah who liked and shared a post originally tweeted as a parody by columnist Owen Jones that said; “Those abused girls in Rotherham and elsewhere just need to shut their mouths. For the good of diversity.”
Shah deleted her tweet eight minutes after she posted it but it was too late to prevent us from gaining insight into what she believes and how she views Western civilization.
This was not the first glimpse she’s given us into the contempt she holds for our Christian values that underpins our belief in common decency and our rejection of pedophilia and rape.
Brits, and especially British politicians should be especially sensitive to the “sexual grooming” that too many Muslim immigrant males and women consider proper following the revelations from Rotherham at the end of the last century.
It has been acknowledged by federal guidelines given to American soldiers serving in the Middle East that pedophilia is an accepted practice under Islamic law and that soldiers must stand down if they happen upon it.
Under Obama orders, an Army manual issued in 2012 warns American soldiers in Afghanistan to avoid talking about certain topics and acknowledges that Western taboos such as pedophilia are inherent parts of Islamic culture.
In the latter part of the 1990’s Rotherham, England, the sexual abuse of young girls and boys became a major scandal and it continued well into the first decade of the 21st century. In all, as many as 1,400 children were abused and/or used in prostitution.
Only four months ago in Rotherham, four trials concluded with 17 men and one woman being found guilty of nearly 100 offenses including rape and human trafficking of vulnerable women and girls.
Any Muslim who is appalled by that history would never make the “mistake” of liking a tweet expressing those sentiments. Shah was signaling her allegiance to radical Islam. If she had any inclination in assimilating into Western society she would’ve reflexively rejected that bogus tweet.
