Elder Patriot | In the wake of Friday’s deadline set by Judge Emmet Sullivan for the special counsel’s office to turn over all exculpatory evidence it is holding about Lieutenant General Michael Flynn, we once again ask where’s the original FD-302 of the late January 2017 interview between Flynn and FBI agents Peter Strzok and Joe Pientka?
It seems that main Justice finds it necessary to silence Agent Pientka, perhaps in order to keep hidden from the public the breadth of the 702 surveillance program, or perhaps to hide the depth of the corrupt apparatus that appears to exist within the FBI and main Justice, or both.
Whatever the reason, in place of February 2017 FD-302 the special counsel submitted the recollections of corrupt Agent Strzok that were recorded in July 2017 and entered into the special counsel’s record on August 22, 2018. What game is Mueller playing?
It’s a fact that a second agent was present for the January 2017 Flynn interview. He was the notetaker:
Why is that second agent’s name redacted when Agent Strzok is clearly identified?
On May 11, 2018, Senate Judiciary Chairman Charles Grassley sent a letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray in which he appears to identify Agent Pientka as the second agent:
On June 6, 2018, having gotten no response, Grassley sent a second request.
To this day, neither Rosenstein or Wray have been responsive to Chairman Grassley’s request.
Is that because Agent Pientka’s testimony could undermine the entire predicate for the appointment of the special counsel?
The special counsel’s entire case is built around the fact that Flynn lied. Absent that, the entire corrupt construct is reduced to an attempted coup on the POTUS.
