Elder Patriot – Last week, a federal appeals court ruled that President Donald Trump can begin defunding certain aspects of Planned Parenthood while the abortion business’ lawsuit against his administration moves forward.
Earlier this year the Trump administration finalized an administrative rule that partially defund the Planned Parenthood abortion business and deprive it of as much as $60 million in taxpayer dollars.
The ruling, by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals clears the way for life-affirming pregnancy centers, to compete with the abortion giant for the federal monies.
Marjorie Dannenfelser President of Pro-Life SBA List said:
“We are greatly encouraged to see the 9th Circuit rule in favor of allowing President Trump’s Protect Life Rule to take effect while it continues to be litigated,” “A strong majority of Americans have consistently voiced their opposition to taxpayer funding of abortion – it is even unpopular among Democrats and self-described pro-choice Americans. Without reducing Title X funding by a dime, the Protect Life Rule simply draws a bright line between abortion and family planning, stopping abortion businesses like Planned Parenthood from treating Title X as their private slush fund. Similar regulations were upheld by the Supreme Court nearly three decades ago. This is wonderful news, and we are more optimistic than ever that the Trump administration’s case will succeed.”
The fallout was almost immediate as Planned Parenthood’s president, Leanna Wen was dismissed within days of the decision being rendered.
Wen is an M.D. who refused to promote the radical ideology of the abortion giant. Instead, she approached her responsibilities from the position of providing healthcare.
According to reports, the board wanted a political activist and Wen wasn’t nearly radical enough for Planned Parenthood’s board of directors.
UPDATE: Two sources told us that Wen also refused to use “trans-inclusive” language, for example saying “people” instead of “women,” telling staff that she believed talking about transgender issues would “isolate people in the Midwest.” https://t.co/Db2ooboz4o

Wen refused to use “trans-inclusive” language, meant to suggest that that men can have abortions too. Wen, a medical doctor, refused to embrace the new mantra of the American left.
Far-left Democratic presidential candidate Julian Castro curried favor with leftists who reject the fact that people are born male or female and that no amount of hormones or surgeries can change their reproductive capabilities, during the first Democrat debate:
“I don’t believe only in reproductive freedom. I believe in reproductive justice. And, you know, what that means is that just because a woman — or let’s also not forget someone in the trans community, a trans female, is poor, doesn’t mean they shouldn’t have the right to exercise that right to choose. And so I absolutely would cover the right to have an abortion.”
That from the party of science.
The Left’s insistence on having us conform with their insane redefining of centuries-old, unalienable truths would seem to be testing whether they’ve achieved former CIA Director William Casey’s goal:
