Top Clinton Insider: “I Am Not A Supporter of The Secretary of State For The Nation’s Highest Office”

ELDER PATRIOT – Douglas E. Schoen has been one of the most influential Democratic campaign consultants for over thirty years. A founding partner and principle strategist for Penn, Schoen & Berland, he is widely recognized as one of the co-inventors of overnight polling. – From Douglasschoen.com

Schoen’s partner Mark Penn ran Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign.  Penn and Schoen are two of the Clinton’s closest allies.

It was through the use of overnight polling that Bill Clinton navigated the politics of the Monica Lewinsky scandal and was able to save his presidency.

Schoen had proven, both, his value to the Clintons and his loyalty to them and he has been a trusted member of their inner circle ever since.  His seat on Fox’s three-member panel was given to him precisely because he would serve as a counter to the other two panel members Pat Caddell and John LeBoutillier.  That is why what he said last night, in light of the FBI reopening their investigation in Hillary Clinton and expanding it to include the Clinton Foundation is so significant.

Last night on Fox Weekend Report Doug Schoen rejected Hillary Clinton as a legitimate presidential option because of the broadening investigation into her emails, the Clinton Foundation and the pay to play corruption scheme she ran while Secretary of State.

Because Schoen wants to avoid a Constitutional crisis caused by having a candidate for president under felony investigation, and possibly a president elect and then a president under the same investigation he told host Harris Faulkner that, “As of today, I am not a supporter of the Secretary of State for the nation’s highest office.”
