If You Think “House of Cards” is a Sensationalized Account of Washington Corruption Then You Won’t Be Able to Handle the Truth

ELDER PATRIOT – Congressional and Senatorial Democrats’ hyperbolic response to the firing of James Comey was to be expected and might’ve been dismissed as nothing more than partisan politics, as unseemly as that may seem, if not for the reaction of Republican leadership.  Their acquiescent response reveals that there’s more to this than meets the eye, much more.

Donald Trump had been given a mandate by the American people to “Drain the Swamp” in Washington.  Remembering back to the campaign, some members of the Republican leadership actually floated the idea that, individually they might vote for Hillary Clinton.  Others said they couldn’t vote for Donald Trump.  How could this be if they knew that Trump was a choirboy compared Hillary Clinton?

This was the first indication that they feared Donald Trump more than they feared Hillary Clinton.  Now why would that be?  Was his campaign promise to “Drain the Swamp” hitting too close to home?

Upon taking office President Trump knew that he needed the single most important law enforcement official to take ownership of that effort, the Director of the F.B.I.  To Trump’s dismay, after almost four months, Comey had proven that he had no intention cleaning up Washington.  Worse, he kept alive the “Russian” narrative that served no one in America except the forces opposing Trump.  Why?

It’s because everyone in Washington – Republicans and Democrats – knew that Comey had no intention of exposing their web of corruption.  They also found Comey’s willingness to serve as everyone’s favorite whipping boy and keep his mouth shut a positive.

Over his entire term, Comey had proven his fidelity to protecting establishment politicians by refusing to investigate the Clinton Foundation, Fast and Furious, the IRS scandal, the Haitian relief scandal, the child trafficking and pedophilia networks etc., etc.  He even gave Hillary Clinton a pass after the investigation into Clinton’s email scandal, that he was given no choice but to investigate, proved her guilty of violating multiple laws under the Espionage Act.

Even the murder of Seth Rich was covered up under Comey’s orders.

The F.B.I. necessarily has to take the lead in rooting out corruption in government.

It’s even worse when the director extends the agency’s resources to protect the criminal elements inside of our government.

The various investigations by House and Senate subcommittees may be dog and pony shows to gain political advantage but the F.B.I. must remain above that partisan politics.

Under Comey’s leadership it wasn’t.  Not even close.

An agent with “intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the Clinton case” told us that they uncovered evidence of corruption that was so widespread that Comey realized that damned near the entire government was involved:

“There is enough for her and the entire government to be brought down.  People do not realize how enormous this whole situation actually is.

“The problem is with the Clinton Foundation as I mentioned, which you should just imagine as a massive spider web of connections and money laundering implicating hundreds of high-level people.

““…This case would explode into a million other cases if fully brought to light, and then we would be one agency competing against the entire government and a hoard of other interests.  It is a very tense and uncomfortable position.”

Comey chose to avoid a “massive sh*tstorm,” as the agent characterized it, that would’ve resulted from exposing the entire globalist power structure.

Essentially, Comey’s decision to avoid exposing the depth and breadth of the largest criminal enterprise ever conceived and constructed meant it would be a permanent part of the way the American government operates.

Perhaps Comey feared for his life or for his reputation but that doesn’t cut it when you’re the director of the F.B.I.  Even after Peter Schweizer laid out a compelling case against the Clinton’s involvements in a global conspiracy selling influence, access, and even critical U.S. assets, Comey chose to ignore the corruption rather than finish the investigation.

Comey’s failure to finish Schweizer’s work was very telling because it was the keystone in explaining why he allowed the F.B.I. to be perceived to be malfeasant.  It had nothing to do with malfeasance.

Though the mainstream media would have you believe President Trump is a corrupt dolt he is anything but that.  Listening to his own sources both within the F.B.I. as well as law enforcement agencies like the NYPD that, remember, had examined Huma Abedin’s laptop.

Once Trump realized how expansive the bi-partisan criminal syndicate had grown he dug in, fired the F.B.I. director, and braced for war with the establishment.

Donald Trump put his life on hold and risked everything when he promised to “Drain the Swamp.”  Once he decided to take on the massive challenge he needed an F.B.I. director with the courage and conviction equal to his to accomplish that. It was clear Comey lacked the courage and will to take on “Draining the Swamp.”

The screams for impeachment, coming form the bi-partisan D.C. swamp scum is their last desperate attempt to destroy the Trump presidency before he destroys them.
