Teacher Docks 11-Year-Old 15-Points for Not Bashing Trump on Homework Assignment

Elder Patriot – I’ve written before about America’s lost generation of recent graduates who have suffered through the anti-Constitutional and anti-capitalism indoctrination under B. Hussein Obama.

Unfortunately, it’s clear President Trump and his Secretary of Education; Betsey Devos cannot miraculously cleanse the teachers’ union of Obama’s Trump-hating Marxists and therein lies one of the greatest threats to our country.

One Annandale New York teacher docked an eleven year-old student 15 points on her homework because she wouldn’t be a participant in what amounted to the teacher’s indoctrination assignment.

The task was a vocabulary drill that asked students to assign the proper words to blanks in a number of sentences.  The last two sentences were politically insensitive and the young girl showed her homework to her father who agreed with her:

“President Trump speaks in a very superior and _________ manner insulting many people. He needs to be more __________ so that the American people respect and admire him,” read one homework sentence.

The next question was: “Barack Obama set a _________ when he became the first African-American president.”

The only remaining words to choose from after filling in the first seven questions were “haughty,” “humble,” and  “precedent.”  It doesn’t take a genius to determine this teacher’s political views and the young girl’s dad, Vincent Ungro, didn’t appreciate the teacher’s indoctrination efforts.

Ungro told his daughter to leave those questions blank and he wrote a message to the teacher on the worksheet in its place:

“Please keep your political views to yourself and do not try to influence my children on them. Thank you.”

The teacher stood firm and docked Ungro’s daughter 15 points.  Then she emailed the father to defend herself by saying she the same rights as the media.  No, that’s not a legitimate comparison because a grade school student can’t simply change her teacher like she can a television channel.

The teacher’s response not only lacked “humility” but was “haughty” and had an air of superiority don’t you think?

Unfortunately, this is not “precedent” setting as hate-spewing leftists have virtually turned the education system into a federally funded indoctrination program teaching hatred for all things conservative and American.

Remember a few weeks back when former First Lady and First Mom, Barbara Bush, passed and Fresno State Professor Randa Jarrar seized the occasion as an opportunity to trash her and tweeted, “Barbara Bush was a generous and smart and amazing racist who, along with her husband, raised a war criminal. F**k outta here with your nice words.”

Haughty and not humble in the least.

Remember Payal Modi, the teacher at W.H. Adamson High School in Dallas Texas?  She was the Looney Toon who smuggled a water pistol into her classroom for Trump’s inauguration and when a video of the day’s events was flashed on the white board she opened fire yelling “Die.”  You can’t make this crap up.

Little boys are literally being suspended for bringing similar toys to school or even for making their hand into a gun on the playground.

The teachers?  Nothing happens to them with the occasional exception of a warning.

Parents are fighting back.  From Education News:

“As the dissatisfaction among parents with the U.S. education system grows, so too does the number of homeschoolers in America. Since 1999, the number of children who are being homeschooled has increased by 75%. Although currently the percentage of homeschooled children is only 4% of all school children nationwide, the number of primary school kids whose parents choose to forgo traditional education is growing seven times faster than the number of kids enrolling in K-12 every year.”

“Recent studies laud homeschoolers’ academic success, noting their significantly higher ACT-Composite scores as high schoolers and higher grade point averages as college students. Yet surprisingly, the average expenditure for the education of a homeschooled child, per year, is $500 to $600, compared to an average expenditure of $10,000 per child, per year, for public school students.”

The success of those students who are never exposed to the government indoctrination system doesn’t surprise those of us who follow these things. More parents should be paying attention and demand more for their tax dollars.
