Nothing Changes: New Inspector General Report on Additional FBI Corruption – Director Wray Ignores It

Elder Patriot | Don’t expect to read this anywhere in the mainstream media.

While special counsel Robert Mueller manufactures crimes where none had been committed, FBI director Christopher Wray continues to ignore the very real criminal behavior that engulfed his agency under his predecessor, James Comey’s leadership.

We all had high hopes that Wray would ferret out the corrupt agents under his employ but apparently he doesn’t have the balls necessary to take on these criminals.

We say this because the Office of Inspector General (OIG) released a statement today on another portion of his group’s investigation into the wrongdoing that engulfed the Bureau in the lead up to the 2016 election and then afterwards.

The DOJ’s website has posted IG Michael Horowitz determination that FBI Supervisory Special Agents willfully partook in unlawful and unethical conduct:

Today’s report comes eight months after Inspector General Horowitz’s 568-page report that outlined the first round of corrupt activities by FBI agents:

The OIG found that agents were regularly exchanging confidential information and fabricated lies with members of the media in exchange for “favors” and “gifts.”

Following the initial OIG report of institutional wrongdoing, Director Wray chose to “tutor” the lawbreakers rather than prosecute them even though the OIG had found the guidelines outlawing the behavior to be clear and unambiguous.

Following today’s report, it appears he has no plans to do even that.

President Trump thought he had survived the worst of it after the first OIG report was released:

“I beat Clinton dynasty. I beat Bush dynasty, and now, I guess, hopefully I’m in the process of beating very dishonest intelligence.”

Now it appears that the president has his work cut out.
