Not Good. SDNY Judge Dismisses DNC Lawsuit Against Trump Closing Door On Opportunity for Discovery

Elder Patriot – By now you know that the DNC’s lawsuit against the Trump campaign, WikiLeaks, and the Russian government was dismissed yesterday.

What you probably don’t realize is that it should not be hailed as a victory in President Trump’s ongoing war with the Deep State and its Democrat defenders, no matter how the president couched it afterwards.

In April 2018, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) sued the Russian government, the Trump campaign and WikiLeaks, alleging that the three entities conspired to help President Trump win the 2016 election.

Following that announcement by Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez, the door was opened for the defendants – Donald Trump – to file for discovery.

Discovery might have also offered the opportunity to examine the DNC server and prove that the Russians had nothing to do with hacking the DNC server and would have definitively shown the FBI and Special Counsel investigations to be baseless.

That would have proven that the entire hoax was constructed solely to remove a sitting president.

There’s also the unsolved mystery surrounding the murder of Seth Rich and his association with Imran Awan.  There were serious questions surrounding the breach of the server that were never answered.

Legendary cybersecurity expert John McAfee explained:

Then there’s the question as to why Julian Assange was silenced and never interviewed by either the FBI or Robert Mueller.

When a single count indictment against Assange was unsealed in April it mentioned nothing about any involvement with an alleged Russian hack of the DNC server.  Neither was he charged with interfering with the 2016 election.

No wonder Robert Mueller’s team of Trump assassins deliberately avoided questioning Assange like he had the plague.

And, why, after having issued 2500 subpoenas, did the special counsel team have no questions for Kim Dotcom

Yesterday’s dismissal of the DNC lawsuit may have been well-founded in judicial law, but it blocked another avenue for obtaining the evidence necessary to finally end their reign of terror against their political opponents.

Trust nothing that comes out of the SDNY!
