When you shoot at the king you best not miss.
Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson took his best shot at President Trump and missed. Last night President Trump fired Atkinson.
Atkinson’s firing was met with outrage from the impeachment hoaxers who relied on Atkinson to jumpstart the impeachment of President Trump.
Trump’s dead of night decision to fire ICIG Michael Atkinson is another blatant attempt to gut the independence of the Intelligence Community and retaliate against those who dare to expose presidential wrongdoing.
It puts our country and national security at even greater risk. pic.twitter.com/Pnm7chdIkl

In the midst of a global pandemic, with thousands of Americans dying, what is Trump doing?
Retaliating against perceived enemies. Putting cronies in charge of oversight. And gutting the independence of the intelligence community.
All to hide the truth.
He will not succeed. pic.twitter.com/vJLRwH1Jnt

The hypocrisy of Schiff is stunning and would be impossible to carry off without the compliance of a corrupted media.
He was overseeing the impeachment of President Trump during the Senate trial at the exact time the president was formulating a strategy to combat the Wuhan virus.
Schiff needs to tell us why he released the transcripts of virtually every deponent who appeared before his star chamber except then-ICIG Atkinson’s transcript.
Michael Atkinson was the 18th witness in the secretive House inquiry hearings. Why did Schiff block only his testimony?
ICIG Atkinson facilitated the complaint processing despite numerous flaws including altering the complaint form to allow for the inclusion of second and third hand rumors and never having reviewed the call transcript for himself.
Atkinson’s “investigative activism” provided cover for National Security Council member Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman’s “leak,” perhaps to the whistleblower who had no firsthand knowledge of President Trump’s call with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
We also know that the “whistleblower” had contact with Adam Schiff, and/or his staff prior to filing his complaint.
Regardless, Atkinson treated the whistleblower’s complaint as gospel, in concert with Democrats and other Deep State embeds, to kick start the impeachment process.
For these obvious transgressions, it has been reported that Atkinson ignored legal guidance from both the director of national intelligence (DNI) and the Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel that highlighted Atkinson’s poor decision-making.
Atkinson’s firing was long overdue, but President Trump had been forced to bide his time firing ICIG Atkinson until now, lest he be charged with obstruction for conducting another Saturday night massacre, while impeachment-minded Democrats and their water-carrying media cohorts were executing the end stage of their fraudulent impeachment proceedings.
Today, Acting DNI Richard Grenell announced Atkinson’s replacement would be Thomas Monheim.
We are honored to have such an incredibly qualified expert. https://t.co/abHi7kgebs

Monheim retired as a Colonel from the US Air Force Reserves and is currently the General Counsel of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
Previously, Monheim served as Associate Counsel to President George W. Bush, and most recently as a Deputy General Counsel at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
We’ll know soon enough whether we can trust the newly-appointed Monheim to do the heavy lifting by the level of outrage the media showers on him.
Thomas Monheim has been named the Acting IC Inspector General. Monheim is a career intelligence professional and retired Colonel from the U.S. Air Force Reserves who has served our nation in a wide variety of roles throughout his distinguished career.
