Elder Patriot – Will Rogers once said, “If you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.” It’s hard to understand what part of that escapes Democrat donors but they’ve brought in backhoes.
You’d think that they’d have learned their lesson after the DNC, Hillary Clinton and the Obama campaign wasted $12 million on the Steele dossier that couldn’t be verified even after Obama threw the full weight of the intelligence committee behind proving if for the Clinton machine. But, nooo. They kept digging.
According to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence report released yesterday, after Donald Trump won the election, Dan Jones a former Democratic Senate Intelligence Committee staffer for Dianne Feinstein raised $50 million from between 7 and 10 progressive donors willing to quadruple down on proving the contents of the phony dossier’s veracity.
Apparently devoid of a platform that can attract voters away from Donald Trump’s America First agenda they have gone all-in on pissgate. There’s a reason Comey never attempted to verify the Steele dossier. He knew he couldn’t. Better to later claim malfeasance if it came to that then be forced to admit he knowingly submitted false testimony to the FISA court.
Jones, a former FBI official, retained the dossier’s author Christopher Steele and Fusion GPS with the intention of giving their finding to “policymakers on Capitol Hill and the press.”
The HPSCI report confirms our report from March 12, 2018 when we tied the ranking Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee, Mark Warner, to Dan Jones and Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska, who offered Warner access to former British spy and dossier author Christopher Steele.
Deripaska had penned an op-ed for the Daily Caller in which he wrote:
“Unfortunately, I am personally familiar with this group. Before they moved to their current, bigger ambitions of reversing the U.S. presidential election results, they scurrilously attacked me, and others from the shadows for two decades. The various story lines and roles they have created for me don’t survive close scrutiny and are internally inconsistent, yet they simply follow the “Wag the Dog” playbook: We don’t need it to prove to be true. We need it to distract them.
“ …on March 16, 2017, Daniel— himself a team member of Fusion GPS, self-described former FBI agent and, as we now know from the media, an ex-Feinstein staffer — met with my lawyer, Adam Waldman, and described Fusion as a “shadow media organization helping the government,” funded by a “group of Silicon Valley billionaires and George Soros.” My lawyer testified these facts to the Senate Intelligence Committee on Nov. 3.”
Roll this around in your mind for a while.
Mark Warner, the leading Democrat alleging Donald Trump had ties to Russia, and likely with the knowledge and approval of Dianne Feinstein, was colluding with Russian operatives to overturn the 2016 election of President Trump.
Remember when Don Jr. came under fire for meeting with Natalia Veselnitskaya when she dangled dirt on Hillary in front of him? How is this any different? Actually, it’s worse because Trump is the president.
Can Warner be impeached for this? What about Feinstein?
Absolutely no one outside of Washington could ever have imagined the depth of the swamp aligned against President Trump.
To Facebook and Google it’s all Fake News, even when it’s not.
