Federal Judge Rules on Ted Cruz’s Eligibility to Run – This Changes Everything …

VIA| Yesterday, New Jersey Administrative Law Judge Jeff S. Masin ruled on whether Ted Cruz should be allowed on the New Jersey ballot after a lawsuit was filed by Washington D.C. Catholic University Law Professor Victor Williams.

In his suit, Williams claimed that Cruz should not be allowed on the ballot because he was not born in the United States, making him ineligible to be president.

“Cruz committed ballot access fraud in each state when he falsely swore that he was a ‘natural born’ American citizen,” Williams argued, according to Mad World News.

Judge Masin, however, disagreed. He ruled that Cruz can indeed appear on the ballot, ignoring various pieces of key evidence in his decision. Cruz has never been able to prove that he is actually an American citizen, and he has sealed all records pertaining to his citizenship status other than his mother’s Maryland birth certificate and his own Canadian birth certificate.

Canadian law demands that if parents wish to claim foreign citizenship for a newborn child, they must file appropriate paperwork. Cruz has never produced any paperwork of this sort. His own father admits that he didn’t become an American citizen until 2005, almost 50 years after he first entered the country suspiciously in 1957.

If Cruz were forced off the ballot, it would likely hand the GOP nomination to Donald Trump. What do you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
