Brilliant!!! Trump Sidesteps Court Battle Over 2020 Census: Will Access Obama’s Super Secret “Massive Database” to Determine Citizenship

Elder Patriot – President Trump has once again trumped his opponents.  Trump did an end run around those expecting him to directly challenge the courts to gain the inclusion of a citizenship question on the 2020 census.

Standing in the Rose Garden, with Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross and Attorney General William Barr on either his side, Trump announced a brilliant plan to get the answers he wants without risking another smackdown from Chief Justice Roberts.

Instead, President Trump issued an Executive Order:

“I am hereby ordering every department and agency in the federal government to provide the Department of Commerce with all requested records regarding the number of citizens and noncitizens in our country.  They must furnish all legally accessible records in their possession immediately. We will utilize these vast federal databases to gain a full, complete, and accurate count of the noncitizen population.”

“We will leave no stone unturned.”

If you’re wondering where all that data will be coming from, well we must thank Barack Obama for the surveillance state he created.

Remember when Maxine Waters ran her big mouth back in February of 2013 at the beginning of Obama’s second term:

Waters: “… the president has put in place an organization that contains the kind of database that no one has ever seen before in life.  That’s going to be very, very powerful.

“And that database will have information about everything on every individual in ways that it’s never been done before.”

From the American Report:

That program, referred to here as The Hammer, was the name given to the Stasi-like secret surveillance system created by CIA/NSA/FBI contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis L. Montgomery for Obama’s intelligence chiefs, CIA Director John Brennan and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.

The Hammer, under the Obama administration, negated every American’s constitutional rights to privacy, turning the United States into a police state where the federal government was weaponized by the Obama administration against its political enemies.

By early June 2013 the Washington Post was reporting the scope of Obama-era intrusion into our private lives

The National Security Agency and the FBI are tapping directly into the central servers of nine leading U.S. Internet companies, extracting audio, video, photographs, e-mails, documents and connection logs that enable analysts to track a person’s movements and contacts over time. The highly classified program, code-named PRISM, has not been disclosed publicly before. (Except by Maxine Waters)

The technology companies, which participate knowingly in PRISM operations, include most of the dominant global players of Silicon Valley. They are listed on a roster that bears their logos in order of entry into the program: “Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, Facebook, PalTalk, AOL, Skype, YouTube, Apple.”

Obama had collected an unprecedented amount of sensitive data on Americans by R-A-C-E.

Investigative journalist Paul Sperry described how Obama planned to use that data to extort concessions, by withholding federal funding from state and local governments, to achieve “racial and economic justice” through the application of “disparate impact” claims.

Now President Trump will use that series of databases to achieve justice for the American taxpayer.
