Blockbuster Discovery: The Fix Was In! Comey Decided Clinton’s Fate Months Before Concluding Investigation

ELDER PATRIOT – Two Republican senators, Sen. Charles E. Grassley and Sen. Lindsey Graham wrote to FBI Director Christopher Wray after reviewing evidence that indicates former FBI Director James B. Comey began drafting a statement exonerating Hillary Clinton for using a private email server months before the investigation had been concluded.

At the time he began drafting the statement, Comey had not yet interviewed key witnesses including Hillary Clinton or any of her top aides!

Grassley and Graham requested that Wray provide information related to Mr. Comey’s announcement, after they reviewed partially redacted interview transcripts that they believe indicate Mr. Comey had already begun drafting a statement closing the case months before the July 5, 2016 announcement.

The senators say that transcripts show that Comey had begun circulating a draft statement absolving Clinton of indictment among a select group of F.B.I. officials as early as April – three months before concluding the case.  According to Grassley and Graham that was prior to speaking with 17 key witnesses including her closest advisors Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin.

The senators’ letter to Director Wray read in part “Conclusion first, fact-gathering second — that’s no way to run an investigation.  The FBI should be held to a higher standard than that, especially in a matter of such great public interest and controversy.”

These revelations raise the question of whether second in command Deputy Director Andrew McCabe – who replaced Comey at the top of the Bureau during the time after President Trump fired Comey and until Wray was confirmed by the senate – had been directly involved in this charade while he served as Comey’s second in command.

We had long questioned Comey’s handling of Clinton’s email server as a sign of his efforts to protect her, and likely the entire Democratic machine, from prosecution.  In every other case involving a possible violation of the Espionage Act a no-knock warrant would’ve been executed immediately to preserve as much evidence of wrongdoing as possible – not just on Clinton but one every associate of hers.

Instead, after months of allowing Clinton’s attorneys to sift through and destroy 33,000 emails, Comey satisfied himself with the benign evidence he was given by them.

Then, rather than preserving what evidence might’ve still existed – what remained on the server, her blackberries, her staff’s laptops and blackberries, etc. – he allowed it all to be destroyed.

Comey deserves the full weight of the legal system to come down on him.  From his position at the top of the most respected law enforcement agency in the world, he paved the way for the most corrupt politician in modern American history, perhaps ever, to become the president of the United States.

Even after failing to get her elected he did everything within his power to destroy Donald Trump’s presidency.

One question remains: Where is Robert Mueller and why didn’t he verify the reasons Comey wanted him to become a Special Counsel before engaging in a witch hunt against President Trump?

Where is Attorney General Jeff Sessions hiding?  Enforcing marijuana law?

Now, more than ever it’s time to “Drain the Swamp”!!!
